Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often from investors evaluating Zephyronix for cross-exchange data intelligence.
Common questions about Zephyronix
If you don't find what you're looking for below, our team is happy to walk through specifics before you request access.
What exactly does Zephyronix do?
Zephyronix consolidates account and market data from multiple digital asset exchanges into a single view, then applies predictive analysis to help you understand positions, exposure, and trends without manually reconciling spreadsheets or switching between exchange dashboards.
Which exchanges can I connect?
Zephyronix is designed to work with a range of major digital asset exchanges. Supported connections depend on your account tier and current integration availability — our team can confirm compatibility with your specific exchanges during onboarding.
How do I connect my exchange accounts?
Connections are typically established through read-only API keys that you generate on each exchange. Zephyronix never requests withdrawal permissions, and you can revoke access from your exchange account at any time.
Is my data kept secure?
We use industry-standard practices to protect account credentials and data in transit and at rest. API keys are stored securely, and we limit requested permissions to the minimum needed for read-only data access. Further detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
Can Zephyronix execute trades on my behalf?
No. Zephyronix is an analysis and reporting tool. It does not place orders, move funds, or execute trades. All trading decisions and actions remain entirely with you, on your exchange accounts.
What kind of predictive analysis is included?
The platform surfaces trend indicators, exposure summaries, and pattern-based observations drawn from your combined account data. These outputs are intended to support your own research and judgment, not to serve as financial advice.
Do I need technical skills to use Zephyronix?
No coding is required for day-to-day use. Connecting an exchange involves generating an API key through a guided process, and the dashboard itself is designed for investors, not engineers.
How is access to Zephyronix granted?
Access is currently managed through a request process. After reaching out via the Request Access option, our team will follow up with next steps and timing based on current availability.
Can multiple team members use one account?
Account structures for individual and team use vary by plan. Let us know your intended setup when you request access and we'll advise on the most suitable configuration.
What happens if I disconnect an exchange?
Revoking an API key from your exchange immediately stops Zephyronix from retrieving new data for that account. Previously synced historical data may remain in your dashboard for reference, depending on your settings.
Is Zephyronix suitable for long-term holders as well as active traders?
Yes. The unified view and trend reporting are useful whether you're tracking a long-term portfolio across a few exchanges or monitoring more active positions across many.
Who can I contact with additional questions?
